Shake well before applying on the cotton pad. Make sure the blue liquid layer and the transparent layer mix well.
Review:
I think everyone should own a bottle of this product because it cleans up especially waterproof mascara, eyeliner and lipstick smoothly. It does not irritate the skin as the other makeup remover does. At first, it leaves a oily feel on the skin and it get absorbed into the skin soon and leaves the skin feeling smooth and silky. You can carry on with the skin care routine as usual on top of it.
